You'll have to visit Germany, with speed cameras and stop light cameras seemingly in every possible location. Germans have a well-known reputation for orderliness. It seems this behavior requires assistance to maintain, or driver behavior might more closely resemble that in Italy or Mexico City. .

Car and Driver magazine has been talking about the issue for probably four years now. It's a scam that is pushed on city councils by manufacturers who sell it as an easy revenue stream, and they fall for it without considering the reduction in safety. I can't believe they put a light like that near Woodfield Mall. That's just so messed up.
