Latins down, civilizations tops. Same happened when the Spanish were defeated 1588.

We have had the Anglo on top. We need a new bout of Latin civilization.

Imagine if the Moslems or Russians get the upper hand now that the US empire collapsed

Had the Latin civilization not stopped, Moslems would never had that spread they have today. They would have exported their civilization farther away.

That all stopped when the nation of shopkeepers Dutch and the Anglos took to the seas...
