A couple of other points investors should think about would be that the shares given to Morgan etc. are subject to 144 rules is an internet comment from a poster. I would simply suggest that due diligence means understanding if that is the correct interpretation of the law.

Second point would be that investors should read the old GIFS thread for ideas about about how TAs were used as an excuse for delays in the cert transfer and how GIFS became the TA . It does provide some interesting thoughts to an investor.

A repeat point is about tax net operating losses. If the Cartel has any accountants they should already have looked at this issue and understood that even prior to the change of ownership question there were issues about the useability of the NOL. The action of some that claim knowledge but come up short has always caused me to have concern about the intergrity of the entire group. I refer to Joe Master as a case in point.
