I don't know anything about GOE with respect to financials, especially debt load, mining infrastructure and not least important, proven reserves.

Excellent words of wisdom...I've been down that road before of buying and holding, waiting for a 5-bagger through some dilutions, only to have the company sell-out for a 50% pop...and there goes my little gem after tying-up capital and taking big risks.

My goal is for small miners to organically grow and start throwing off a dividend. Unfortunately, the executives often want to cash-out before then
