I agree with you about the spin- what was it they said? height difference? Hm. Dale is over a foot taller than I am. I don't think he bowed when we shook hands, and now I want to know why. The WH shouldn't have tried to "explain" it. Either you saw it as respect or you viewed it as obeisance, and no one will change his mind about it.
