It's hard to read that BVSP as a bullish structure in Elliot, but it doesn't look all that different from the 1987 recovery in terms of the choppy, overlapping nature:

SPY daily, sometimes I draw my trendlines different...
I also think RSI is nice but so slow on most canned platforms at 14, almost worthless... so tweaked it to show something meaningful... my RSI 2/4 cross alerts.. Lower Pane
