well Bobby, Terry, et al. Looks like the long wait is over and another chapter begins. Noboby seems to be up yet, but this agreement lays a number of things to rest (hopefully but not likely for some). There wont be any positive price effect, I suspect, given the 6.50C price that PDG is paying for BGO shares. Anyway, I'm in for the long haul ($2US with purchase price recovered at $9). Patience is a virtue!. Thanks to all for your contributions to this thread.

bobby, i view this as a major plus for bgo and just a minor one for azs. based on the news release, it seems bgo and azs will not have to come up with that much cash after feasibility proves the project a go ahead. tell me if i am wrong, but it appears pdg will cough up 200mm cash and finance 50% of the project themselves. this in turn will relieve bgo of a lot of future as well as azs. how do you read this?
