I think perhaps the market needs some time to figure this one out, especially given the last couple days action in the POG. It is something less than an outright buyout, and deals with advancing the project through feasibility. Given those two things, plus the need to poissibly rework numbers for a lower gold price, I am not surprised that the market reaction is muted--I think analysts are just recognizing that they DO have a little time to figure it out.
