I was about to ask why you were targeting CREE. Now I see why.

EDIT - meant to add that their latest quarter was a substantial surprise to the analysts, even after backing out the one-time patent fees and tax bennies of about 5cents/sh.

I'd be careful there, though. They're perceived as a leader in LED lighting, and there could be a lot of money flowing there for efficiency reasons. I didn't realize this, but CREE recently announced a white LED with a luminous efficiency of 161 lumens/watt, which is twice that of a lot of even many fluorescents.

I don't know how well they can protect the technology, vs. how much is public domain, but they really do appear to have something special. Green energy and conservation are likely the next bull market leaders.
