Sam - 2020 is less than 11 years away. It takes multiple years to build new plants once a technology is proven. The CO2 capture technologies are not proven.

Now a sane alternate to the issue would be to build as much of the renewable stuff as possible and let it replace current supply when it is available. Why is not a sane policy offered?

Why is it the train wreck solution only? It is either ignorance, evil intent or plain stupidity.
