Show me a schedule of investment and results. Show me a real analysis of how it can be done..... Why is not a sane policy offered? Why is it the train wreck solution only? It is either ignorance, evil intent or plain stupidity. Hmmm, let's see, I give two links from very reputable sources to look at, and 20 minutes later you tell me that the only solutions being offered are "train wreck solutions". You must be quite a speed reader. You want me to outline "a schedule of investment and results" here on the web on this thread? You are not serious Bob if you think that can or even should be done. Go read the studies I linked before. There are plenty of others around. But it is certain that we will never even remotely approach meeting this challenge if the mindset you have expressed in your two posts to me today actually reflect a majority of people in this country. Personally, I think that they only represent a small albeit noisy minority who talk a lot to each other and reinforce their own parochial views.
