Daniel, I don't know the size of the legal settlement but I don't think it was very large. We will see details in 10q. Doug is always very conservative in forward projections. I think he was predicting revenue gains of 0.5 to 1.0 million for 4th Q and said the "loss would not be more than the 10 cents predicted by the analysts" which I interpreted as avoiding the question. Doug is very careful not to make promises about earnings until the money is in the bank.

Yeah, I had the same question about that dime-loss-estimate-comfort-thingy myself.
Some general impressions- very upbeat, and I liked how they had almost everyone on the conference call except for the COS (Chief Officer of Sanitation) sitting in- that's unusual- clearly they take these calls seriously and use them as a focus for the quarters behind and ahead. I was disappointed in the fact that only two questions were asked- that's a bit embarassing (I was unable to do so, unfortunately). So we know that Robinson Humphrey and Edward Jones are covering the firm- anyone know how many analysts followed this company when it was at its prime?
