Do you see how housing markets recover esp. when they are in sunny, touristy locations? In a year, I bet there will be few $150k condos left in southwestern FLA.

I don't know. I bought at the previous FL bottom. Appreciation was about 1% to 2% for over 10 years. Maybe it will be different this time with the demographics.
