Fully agreed. A lot of the Dems are in the pocket of the banksters, too, including a lot of Obama's people. But there's no doubt that it was a Republican-initiated bill.

That means that 60 (R)'s voted to repeal it, vs. 38 (D)'s. So, it's by FAR much more an (R) caused problem.
