Ken has become psychic! If MSNBC said we drank children's blood he would post it.

Bush doubled the debt while the country was not in recession. We don't know how much the debt will rise under Obama. He has only been in office for 90 days but we do know we are in the worst recession since the Depression.

Kenny, we've had these "discussions" for years and they all revolve around 2 or 3 points.

For me deficit spending is bad under most circumstances regardless of which party is in control...I have always argued that the differences are relative, with the GOP generally the lessor of two evils. The Thin Man is on track to drive that point home to everyone but the totally partisan and the completely loony.

Another one has always been your over valuing the federal governments positive effects on our economy. Any program that is useful is delivered in a manner so inefficient and wasteful to bring great question as to its overall worth.

Your contempt and lack of understanding of the U.S. Armed Services will probably always be the quickest way for you to light my fire......in general, I don't believe your overall thinking rises much above your "navy is impotent" theory.

But in the meantime, most of us will continue to vent over the same plowed ground for years to come.
