Can anyone explain the market reaction and decline in share value for BGO &AZS post announcement (without sarcasm, please)?
Does the activity reflect an orderely resolution of covered shorts or simply a reaction to perception of share dilution or "sell on news" mentality? Perhaps the market was hoping for a takeover and this JV eliminates that pricing factor.
The ownership of these two stocks has been exasperating, to say the least.

Better'n no deal a'tall? Hrmph! Where's t'bidding war? Just like Bre-Xrs were promised a bidding war. However, when it came right down to it...it was a Shotgun Wedding at Winchester Cathedral: Clive gave the bride away and the dowry!

You think anyone in their right mind is going to buy BGO w/Refuse to Go I and now CC Firesale in their memory banks?
Anyone with a short memory that wants to know what their BGO stock will look like, let alone AZS shr$ in 2-5 yrs...take a peek at RYO $$

Yeah, right, Method. You have a nice day.

The market has been telling this thread for months BGO was going t'jump in bed w/1st set of baby blues that batted at them.

Ole believer in the effeciency of the marketplace 49r

There is a rumour which suggests that there is more than a little concern that the recoveries at Refugio may not be up to snuff at the current crush size. Crushing to get recoveries costs $$. We'll see what happens when summer comes but my gut tells me there is more to this than just a harsh winter.
