I worked with some sheetrock last fall that was real junk. The texture was something I'd never encountered before, dry and crumbly and hard to cut. Got it from either Lowe's or Home Depot, I told myself then I'd never buy their lousy sheetrock again. That's what happens when you don't stick with the local lumber yard.

Whoever made it definitely changed the formula, I hope the stuff described in that article wasn't in it.

I don't trust Chinese goods. They are made to sell, not to perform. They look fine, but they blow up in your face.
