"Let me know how it comes out."

It already has.

"You're an apologists for torture."

Am not.

My opinion of what does or does not qualify as torture under the law is irrelevant, so is yours except or unless a legal ruling has been rendered. The difference is mine is genuine, personal, and private; while yours is publicly confused and has no genuine basis outside partisan hatred.

We are a nation of laws. On a rare occasion of clear honesty you declared the statement of the DOJ as authoritative proof of the law. That was before you stopped to consider the position of the previous DOJ as authoritative proof for that period was just as valid until the new guy took office. You've since abandoned that claim, conveniently.

Are you saying we shouldn't take our lead from refined Congress persons like Nancy Pelosi and Jay Rockefeller who okayed waterboarding?

Why was a Congressman who okayed waterboarding chose to be Speaker of the House?
