Thanks I enjoyed that.. Now more research .. Nutritionist told me after I had my first lithotripsy (shockwave kidney stone blasting) to lay off the meat (even fish) as it facilitated leaching of Calcium from bones.. seems contrary to what Dr. Cordain said. Looks like I need free range / grass fed meat for a couple of good reasons :O)
