I am coming to the conclusion that the best way to keep your calcium under control is to maintain high levels of D-3 and K-2.

My basic instinct is to do the exact opposite of what any nutritionist says. They have been badly wrong most of the time, best I can tell.

Looks like I need free range / grass fed meat for a couple of good reasons

Too bad it's so hard to find...

Wild game is your best bet for free range/ grass fed meat. Depends on where you live whether its deer, elk, moose or something else. Most of the red meat I eat is wild game.
