Good lord Brumar you cannot just do nothing. We just had 8 years of "let's just do nothing" and look where it got us. China is buying huge amounts of copper on the world market which many believe is because China is working toward an electric future. In any event the Chinese are increasingly demanding a cleaner environment. You don't think things through Brumar.
