Hi Marcos, thanks again for the heads up on KTN.

I have a fair shot of Skygold (SKV) which has as its core asset the Spanish Mountain gold property (Main Zone has M&I of about 2.6MM oz at a .5 g/t cutoff with room to grow). Lots of work to do on economics and metallurgy etc (company suggests prelim work indicates 88% recovery using bulk flotation followed by carbon in leach -- the economic and environmental significance of which I do not pretend to understand but 88% seemed reasonable). After their merger with Wildrose last year they now own the entire project, which can't be a bad thing. And to boot they are not far from infrastructure -- although that infrastructure is all in central BC... which brings me to my question:

Over the past 6 weeks CIBC has sold about 6MM shares, mostly to Anonymous, Merrill Lynch, and TD. I am wondering if this might be conceptually similar to the KTN situation (motivated seller giving us all a shot at a bargain)? Or does a previously committed someone reasonably expect that Spanish Mountain will never become a mine no matter how much gold they may have in the ground?

You have commented on mining in BC, which is why I am addressing this post to you but of course would welcome anyone else's thoughts on this company, especially the likelihood of it getting permitted given where it is.
