Roger, I beleive that if we hit Dow 6500 we will go much lower than that. My bottom target is 7100. If we penetrate that, it is all over. That is, in that case, I beleive that the bull is broken.

Roger, I am not surprised to see that one of the Motley Fool's darling stocks - OXHP - may have been a trigger for today's move. As the Fool is likely to be shown to be "small f" foolish before this is all over, shorting Fool stocks might be in order. AOL was a great pick!

Roger- I admire your perseverance. I also tried to short MSFT but chased it down to no avail. Did manage a CIEN short @ 54. The momentum stocks are most at risk. I posted about UNPH- was 84 last week, today 50s on no news. I think 6500 is a reasonable target. The bloodbath is not over. I actually bought ALRN today- semi manufacturer I think is fairly valued. I'll buy more BROC with any additional weakness. Best Wishes, Timoteo

Roger, Did I say cyclical bear by the end of the year? Forget that. We're in one now. I guess I was right the first time around when I called for a major crash within the month about a month ago. However, I do expect an attempt at a rally sometime this week, albeit a weak one. The intensity of this drop has definitely got legs and they're getting stronger. Hank
