Well, I certainly can understand India's concern. I'm sure they have a few "contingency plans" of their own in such an event.

But with regard to Pakistan, it's really the Army we need to look at. The government can come and go and they'll just institute martial law.

What I'll fear is when the Paki army starts losing against the Taliban, or face defections that decimate their ranks.

Btw, I think we DO have contingency plans involving US troops securing/disabling the nukes. Don't have specifics.. but seem to recall hearing something like that when I was in Iraq.
