koan: "Brumar, Hawk and I guess you, feel we should do nothing about global warming as it is just a hoax to you guys.

Brumar: "We absolutely should do nothing at this point. We have no good reason to think human caused global warming is a serious problem. And if it were there's essentially nothing we could do about it anyway since whatever we do as a nation will be rendered meaningless by the actions of other nations.

Just forget about it

Study it and stop worrying.>>

koan: why would we bother to study GW if it is no problem and there is nothing we can do about it anyway? Your words.

Brumar: "Nuclear proliferation is a serious problem and we should be putting the screws to Iran to stop them from developing nukes. Its unfortunate both that Bush did nothing here and that Obama seems likely to continue that course."

You mention Iran and no other country. Don't you see accidental nuclear war with China, Russia and Pakistan as the larger nuclear problem? I do. Iran is not even on my radar of nuclear threats compared to The three countries mentioned above.
