Your shoe fetish is getting old. Rice had no responsibilities for Hurricanes in New Orleans and you have no idea what she was doing during the time. You are certainly not qualified to judge a fine person like her. Every frigging member of Bush's cabinet had responsibility for what was going down in New Orleans. New Orleans is an important city in this country, not some burg in the middle of Kansas. Every cabinet member needed to be en pointe. But dicey Ricey was in NYC shoe shopping.....talk about a metaphor for the Bush administration.
