Another comment I saw recently was from the pastured crowd, which is that we don't know whether any conclusions about meat are about the meat, itself, or the impact of industrializing meat. They'd have to use pastured beef in the test to be sure that they were isolating the beef variable.

I seriously doubt that any let alone a significant number of participants in that study were eating pastured beef.

Oy vay. Why put forth a flawed premise especially when trying to make an argument about causes and correlations. Your own construct is patently not true. Perhaps you’ve never experienced it, but the fire comes before the truck. It would be a lot easier if you explained what the problem was with the facts in the article.
