there is no where. cept maybe texas. and everyone that counts, who we know, privately agrees with the no where part. best to simply disappear off the radar, or hide right out in the open. i think HK is a sitting duck in the worst case. i lived in switzerland.... you'll never get citizenship, and they're too small to defend themselves against the current onslought, which will get worse, before it becomes better. singapore, ditto the first two more or less, and wrong color if you don't want to stand out in a crowd. canada is over. not to mention the easily enforceable tax treaty, including the post citzenship tax slipped into the soldiers bill two years ago that will follow you for ten years, and it will be up to you to prove what the tax should be. as a refugee from the usa, the usa will not be kind, and the canadians will not help you. perhaps moving to detroit would be good. get a house for a buck, ride the bus, hide your gold beneath the floor boards, and if you bbq on the weekends, don't do it at home. oh.. and forgot, you'll need to develop a secret handshake too.
