I did add it up. That's why I teased you about your math.

I don't know how often you make meatloaf but the rib steaks by themselves total twelve a month. Even if you only make one meatloaf a month, you end up with twice the monthly servings you claimed. One meatloaf a week would bring the total to twice again your sum of 7.

BTW, I ground enough of the round steak to make a burger. It was pretty good, good enough. I put the rest of the steak in a pressure cooker--for more than an hour total before it reached fork tender. Haven't eaten it yet.

I don't disagree with your basic proposition. I'm not sure it's worth it either and I eat beef most days. Further, I haven't been able to confirm the superior omega 3 and CLA performance from an independent source. The USDA database doesn't show much of a difference on omega 3 and doesn't speak to CLA.
