the red tape is outrageous on that we can agree- example, I wanted to have auto
elec.pymnt, one woman in wisconsin handles it for wps- the new govt payer for the 5 state area, sent all the forms overnight after talking to her on the phone- it took her nearly 2 months to send me a letter, no phone call to tell me i needed one more item, sent it overnight, then she approved it gave me a new fcking # but did not tell me nor mail it to me right away, i tried calling but because I did not know the new # I was given they could not talk to me WTF, they did not give me the number? anyways, it delayed my payments for a month a real pain
so yeah I know about the BS RED TAPE but once u jump thru those hoops it's silk-
BCBS is just as bad, my completed file for PPO status sat on a desk for nearly 2 years! and that's with me calling qtrly- note I was a provider before but stopped because of their bundling tricks and when I wanted back in because they took over the area...well...

it has become a nightmare overall and all I wanted to do was see patients, yeah, i installed the network/software billing I check and send claims throughout the day and run down the claims when my staff get's the run around, they'll talk to me but not them-

as a country and system were shroomed
