what i don't understand is why everyone replies to ken.. and not put him on ignore. It reminds of those other political threads where no one writes to each other, rather both talk over each other because the mind set is firm and no one is going to move in either direction. what a waste of space. John, I agree. It seems that lately, fully 1/3, if not more, of the posts on this thread are from, to, or about Ken. I've come close to un-bookmarking the thread several times for that reason.

John, psychologists call it codependence ... Codependence: Of or relating to a relationship in which one person is psychologically dependent in an unhealthy way on someone who is addicted to a drug or self-destructive behavior, such as chronic gambling [or trolling the internet]. Go to LindyBill's ban list and see how he's effectively dealt with the worst of SI's trolls. The resulting quality-to-noise ratio on his thread is very high. what i don't understand is why everyone replies to ken .... what a waste of space.
