We have one of the lower 'effective' tax rates.

Obama's efforts will probably just cause the entire company or at least more factories to move to the Caymans and elsewhere.

But, they aren't Dave. Just their PROFITS. Those that are "moving" just set up a mail drop, PO box "headquarters". Like the criminals they are.
