Even when computed incorrectly to bias the result, our effective rate for corporations is higher than the tax rate in almost all countries. I don't know where you got your facts but they're clearly wrong.

Perhaps you don't understand what is meant by "effective rate".

Having said that, I think the loophole should be removed just for the sake of consistency.
