Look Joe, obama is excersizing the power of the presidency. These things have happened with other presidents. Your point is a good one. I dont know all the details and i hesitate just accepting barones piece as gospel on this. But assuming your right, your leap to mussolini is uncalled for. Hell, look at nixon with law breaking, truman and steel strike, bush and torture, presidents overstepping not all that new. Soon you can start calling for his impeachment based on property rights breach. Meanwhile as you said no one went to court so as the lawyers say its moot. Did i mention FDR trying to pack the Supreme court or sending Japanese americans to concentration camps. Shit happens and when its something your are passionate about, speak out. But please put it in perspective.
