You unethical MF...you know exactly what they did

lol

Yeah, Obama and Congress approved and signed off on the AIG execs getting their bonuses from last year. Then turned around and whipped the ACORN brownshirts into a frenzy resulting in death threats and ruining these AIG execs and their family's lives.

How more unethical can you get?

Bush and company made examples of the common soldiers who were doing what they were told by people who were directed by these memos.

Bush didn't make examples of them. The appropriate courts of law tried and convicted them.

In fundamental ways, the interrogations of three of the worst terrorists known to the CIA, are different from the incidents you have referred to.

The heart of your argument is that what these soldiers did was similar in some way to the interrogations of three terrorists. Yet the interrogations were authorized by the president, occurred in tightly controlled circumstances, including examinations by physicians, had been authorized by the President, and involved persons who were known to have information that would save American lives. A radically different thing.

Any competent president would have done precisely what Bush did, which is to sign off on tough interrogations to save American lives.

.they had secret memos that allowed these "enhanced" techniques and watched, in fact condemned, average joes for doing exactly what they sought legally.

What secret memos? Hell, Pelosi, Rockefeller, and a total of 63 other members of Congress were briefed extensively, AND APPROVED, of techniques.

I don't know what more a president can do. Those members of Congress could have brought the entire measure before the American people BEFORE it happened, yet they chose not to.

Why? It is obvious. The American People supported the actions, and still do. Even now, more than half the American people support not only the use of these MILD techniques, but would support the use of TORTURE (the real thing) to save American lives.

The left wing lunatics like yourself? Of course not. You're going to protect America by being nice guys.

How's that working out for us?
