There is a reason that LV grew so much in recent years wasn't just the casinos. Lots of businesses have relocated to the tax friendly Nevada. I think many more will relocate in the near future.

I believe that real estate in LV and Reno will be among the first to recover.

Oral - California is where we are going as a nation. It is a good warning. Think about this - the unemployment rate in California is higher than rust belt Ohio.
