There is a huge shortage of RN's as well. Nurses can really do well. And as you say, the schooling is a lot shorter.

That being said, however, my wife has a friend who is a nurse, and she's as dumb as a rock. We often wonder about her nursing skills.

Where do you live. In Boston nurses are hurting as hospitals are doing 25% less biz.
