"malpractice attorneys need to be limited"

Bite your tongue! <G>

My wife took our kids to a birthday party at a sports place, where they play soccer and dodgeball before they eat cake. One of the kids got hurt, not too bad, but enough to call the parents, who had dropped him off.

The dad, without really talking to his son, starts yelling about suing the place for lack of supervision. THe son says "Dad I can walk" and his Dad says "no you can't" and starts threatening to sue again. Even though he signed a waiver, he was a belligerent a-hole, according to my wife.

Some people are litigious by nature.
