Sure MSFT has done well, but why should such a obese and buggy operating system be the standard in a age becoming more and more dependent on bandwidth? MSFT is going to have to re-write from the bottom up one of these days, and I don't want to be holding in when that's announced. There are other OS in the wings. All of them run on intel boxes. MSFT might outpreform INTC and might hit 800 a share, but don't write that in stone. 5 years from now will be a very different world.
