Show me proof she 'approved' torture. She clearly was on notice that waterboarding was used. She had every opportunity to act on that information. Today, pretty much everyone realizes she is lying like hell about it. I never like Pelosi... that said you rabid wingnuts are putting this issue front page and are very likely to force a comprehensive investigation, which is not in your best interest. If anyone gave a shit about our best interests, Obama would never have released the memos in first place. He did, and he'll have to live with the consequences. The Ds are getting slaughtered on this issue right now because they obviously were just as culpable in whatever interrogation techniques were used as was Bush. It is bad for the country that Obama made this foolish decision in the first place but now, all the facts are going to come out. And the Ds are going to suffer as a result. In that one way, it is fun to watch.

I think this is just another case of them believing their own propaganda. They think that the R's are all about following the law and the D's are only interested in power. So when their guys get their hands caught in the cookie jar, all they have to do is threaten to drag some D's in and the investigation will be dropped. The fact that it never works shows you exactly what kind of loons they are.
