Intel engaged in behavior that they had to've known would lead where it has. Smart companies don't gamble like that unless their backs are to the wall. "AMD is making excuses for their own failures." No they aren't. They are making the claim that Intel was illegally stacking the deck against them. Given that Intel is 0 for 3 so far, it looks like they have a case. "but they're demanding even more using the logic of entitlement." Gotcha. It is entitlement to expect your competitors to comply with the law... I guess laws only apply to the little people, huh?
