Quite a bit, actually. Intel engaged in behavior that they had to've known would lead where it has. Smart companies don't gamble like that unless their backs are to the wall.

No they aren't. They are making the claim that Intel was illegally stacking the deck against them. Given that Intel is 0 for 3 so far, it looks like they have a case.
