You must be desperate, is running without heatsinks normal operational mode now ? LOL. The P4 was also not cooler it just knew when it had lost its nominal cooling and was overheating so it could switch itself off. The bigger crime was all those automatically downclocking when overheating P4s that were inflicted on the World and they all seemed to have on the edge noisy cooling solutions.

I think you best get accustomed to the five stages of loss so you can see yourself through these difficult times ...

"Oops, looks like you got caught coming up with another "scenario" that "takes as a premise stuff that is made up.""

Thanks for making my point, Tenchu. The newest AMD processor in that vid clip was a 180nm Palamino. Which dates to 2001. The time period in question was 2005 with 90nm K8s.

So, you lose.

Do not confuse the AMD partisans with a presentation of real, actual facts.

CJ can not give an an actual example of a single discount plan used by Intel that the EC has ruled was a violation of Section 82. What were the volume brackets, the price discounts and the term of the discount plan (6 months or 6 years)? If the term of the discount plan is short, AMD can compete again for the business in just a few months. What products were covered, all processors, desktop, mobile, server or some combination?

Precisely what were the exclusionary conditions that were attached to the discount plan as alleged by the EC?

Even with no knowledge of a single one of the actual discount plans used by Intel, CJ can read Intel's mind and determine that Intel knew the plan would be considered an abuse of dominant position by the EC. The Intel discount plans were certainly reviewed by squads of lawyers but CJ dismisses this as irrelevant concerning Intel's understanding of the law and state of mind.

CJ and the other AMD partisans are not interested in having a rational discussion where reasonable people can differ. They are merely bitter partisans twirling in the wind as they try to excuse the incompetence of AMD.
