Well, that could explain why Obama is trying to put a lid on this and has been avoiding appointing a Truth Commission. Because then he would have to make the decision about turning over at least Cheney to the World Court. And that one doesn't have a win scenario. "which they are being compelled to do with the rabid Republican Pelosi 'scandal'." No kidding. In fact, we very well may wind up with a special prosecutor instead of a relatively toothless Truth Commission. If I didn't know they couldn't plot their way out of an open field, I'd say this whole kerfuffle was ginned up by Democrats who wanted this thing to go all the way...
