The potential implications are astounding: sacramental users, especially Rastafarians, may be able to light up on federal lands and be protected by Makahna’s precedent. Alas I have a job now that requires drug testing so will have to embrace my religious cult later down the road. <G>

Are you claiming that Keynesian economics is fundamentally incorrect? It is badly misused I think, but the notion that an economic system is controllable via spending manipulation (as a system input variable) is incontrovertible IMO.

You think I believe to a cult-lol? I am an existentialist. I think we are all nuts and don't know chit. Note: Stiglitz, Krugman and Galbraith are all basically Keynsian economists, but understand economcis changes with society. All I think is that some people are more accomplished thinkers than others and I have always learned from the thinkers I respect. I think Obama is 10 times smarter and more compassionate than Bush. e.g. on the right I do not think Beck, Rush, Palin or Hannity make any sense at all and their talk is only venal psychobable and one could not run a country on their nonsensical ideas. People who cannot udnerstand evolution do not have the intellectual requirements to be presdient. And we should use the scientific method and our scientists to buidl a healthy future. I beleive in science, not cults.
