The National Geographic story was based on a flawed translation and pushed inaccurate themes and I've shown that:

"Gnostic beliefs existed before Christianity, but grew to prominence through their often controversial association with that faith. Gnosis is a Greek term for "knowledge" employed to describe those who believed that everyone has a divine connection with God and that such knowledge can be revealed to a select few by divine inspiration."

Accurate as to "Gnostic beliefs", but irrelevant to the text and issue in question.

The canon of the New Testament as we know it today was not finalised until the latter part of the 4th Century AD.

When the books of the NT were adopted as canon and when they written are two very different issues. The former issue, recognizing books as canon merely involved church authorities putting a stamp of approval on what had been used for centuries. Writings of the church fathers mention the NT books centuries before there was a NT canon.

So, the church editors hadn't finished with it until 400 YEARS after Jeezuz was dead.

Lie.

"Jesus is powerful testimony to the fact that Jesus is the most charismatic figure in all of human history"

But this isn't true. Mohamed, Buddha, and a hundred figures lost to history who's religions are now dust, as Christianity will be in time, stand equal with them.

You left out part of what I said:

That someone like you (and I don't need to relate it all for those who have read this thread - just remember key words like abortions, pregnant, laundries, whores, homeless women, orgies, trading dope) who hates Christians and everything to do with Christianity and Christian morals, still wants to identify with the person of ...... Jesus is powerful testimony to the fact that Jesus is the most charismatic figure in all of human history.

You Jeezuz folks just like to think your special.

Actually I only said that Jesus was special.
