Link please, to where I said I was so sure of facts I haven't seen. No link needed, it's the general willingness to dismiss what would normally be considered the total absence of due process. It's not just you, it's like what another poster said, "She already knew Intel was guilty as did the rest of us". How did you know? Regardless, there is nothing unexpected here. We all knew what the finding would be, despite our preconceptions. It was always going to be decided by a court of law. In a few years it will be. Meanwhile Intel will make Billions, AMD will lose Billions and Europeans will pay more for Intel products.
