Some guy was on CNBC this morning talking about how incompetent the government was. Awhile back they thought too much money was being paid for armor plating. The government decided to build a plant to make their own. Severely overbudget, way beyond time expected, and the government ended up paying twice as much to make the armor as the "overpriced" cost to buy it.

Now they control two auto companies.

You know, it all started in the 90's with the Mustang Ranch in Nevada. Once the Feds got a taste, they couldn't help getting their hands on private industry.

They started with the important industries, like brothels, then moved on to banks, insurance companies, auto companies, and eventually it will include important retailers like Victoria's Secret, QVC, and the Sham-Wow people.

It's all part of a secret plan to got their fingers in the cornerstones of American lives.

i actually heard some idiot (former CEO of coke?) on squawk box saying that while he didn't have a solution for newspapers, he considered them to be a national treasure that should be preserved...

my guess is that he expects that at the expense of the taxpayer...

They're backing warranties on new cars too.
O's installing a couple lifts in the White House and converting select Air Force hangars into Jiffy Lubes.
