Tim, you'll love this. LATimes is blaming the voters for the budget mess:

Which is ultimately true, but the "analysis" makes no mention of the fact that voters have been bamboozled by politicians into approving so many bond measures and so many ridiculous regulations without fear of consequence.

Now the consequences are coming to fruition, and who does the LATimes blame? That's right, the voters, not the politicians.
