"1 - Not all investors are fat cats."

They'd better be if they are investing with a hedge fund.

Hedge funds aren't the only holders of senior debt in the car companies.

"2 - Taking from someone doesn't become right just because the person your taking from is rich."

No one said it did.

Well if its not right, why do it?

3 - Taking from the "fat cat investors", hurts the average Joe" when they invest less, or invest outside the country, or maybe just in industries that don't employee "average joes" who are associated with politically connected unions, or at least they demand a higher return in order to do so.

None of that has happened.

The takings haven't happened yet, after they do, most of the effect will not be instantaneous. "None of that has happened" is a rather odd statement when your talking about future events not past ones.
