I still can't decide whether it was good political strategy for the Obama folk to deliberately schedule his speech yesterday on the same day as Cheney's. The argument is that they wanted to keep Cheney and Limbaugh as the face of the Reps. And it certainly did that. But it also gave Cheney much more media prominence for his arguments than he would otherwise get.
